SPRING CLEAN-UP REMINDER
Just a friendly reminder that the annual QATC Spring Clean-Up is taking place this Saturday, May 16th at 8:30 AM — rain or shine!
We’d love to see as many volunteers as possible as we work together to get the Club and surrounding grounds ready for another great season. Whether you can stay all morning or just lend a hand for an hour or two, your help is truly appreciated.
We’ll have coffee and doughnuts available to keep everyone fueled for the morning. If you plan to help with outdoor work, please bring your own yard tools and gardening equipment.
Many hands make light work, and it’s always a fun way to kick off the season and catch up with fellow members. Thanks in advance for your support — we hope to see you there!
COURT DEEP CLEANING NOTICE
Please note that our cleaning service will be at the Club on May 26th beginning at 10:00 PM to perform the semi-annual deep cleaning of the courts.
The Club will reopen as usual on May 27th. However, members are asked to use caution during the early part of the day, as some areas of the courts may still have damp or wet spots following the overnight cleaning.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we work to keep our courts in top condition.
NEW MEMBER
Please join us in welcoming our newest member, Gillian Wittig, to the Club!
Gillian is a 3.5-level player and is looking forward to getting involved both socially and competitively. Members looking for additional players for league teams or regular match play are encouraged to reach out and make her feel welcome.
We’re happy to have Gillian as part of the Club and hope everyone will take a moment to introduce themselves when they see her around the courts!
NEXT MEETING
The next meeting of the QATC Board will be held at the Club on Monday, July 20, 2026, at 6:30pm. Members are welcome to attend.
