The court resurfacing turned out great thanks to the fantastic turnout we had for cleanup day. Thanks in particular to Glen Maue, Doug McFarland and Sergei Kurenov, who returned to help put the courts back together.
Special thanks go to Tom Siener who led the project and to Jim Griffis and Mitch Stenger who were a big help throughout the process.
We are now all set for the fall season, with league play starting next Tuesday, September 4. Some reminders:
Annual dues must be paid by Oct 30. Email Carole if you need to make alternative arrangements. Checks should be sent to QATC, PO Box 124, OP 14127.
Remember to use the new online reservation system for ALL court reservations. The answering service will end on October 1. If you haven’t registered, go to https://www.yourcourts.com and login with your email address and “quakeraurora” as your initial password (no quotes). Then you can change your password and confirm your profile details.
Please welcome new member William Wadsworth. He can be reached if your league has open spots or needs subs.
We are actively looking for new members so please encourage frequent guests and other prospective members to fill out the member application that is posted on our website here.
We will have open board seats this fall so please consider getting more involved with the club. If you are interested, please contact Mitch Stenger.
