New Door Code and other Important Announcements

 

Door Code and Website Password have changed
Effective immediately, the door code has been changed.  Please check your email for the new code.  It is also the password for accessing the protected pages on our website.

Court Reservation Tips
The online reservation system must be used for ALL court reservations effective October 1.  If you haven’t registered, go to https://www.yourcourts.com and login with your email address and “quakeraurora” as your initial password (no quotes).  Then you can change your password and confirm your profile details.

Leagues must cancel court reservations when not playing so others may use these prime slots.  If captains need help doing this, leagues can have up to two co-captains with access to cancel these courts.  Please contact Fred Bristol to set this up.

To reserve the court time you prefer, it’s important to plan ahead.  You can make reservations one week in advance (down to the hour).  One reservation per day for up to two-hours is allowed, and you can have up to three active reservations in advance.

Your Dues Are Due
Annual dues are due now but must be paid no later than Oct 30.  Email Carole if you need to make alternative arrangements.  Checks should be sent to QATC, PO Box 124, OP 14127.

Ball Machine Cleanup
Please use the new push broom to clean up after each use.  The old mop does not work on the new surface.  There is also a vacuum in the closet if that works better for you.  Also, please don’t forget to pick up the balls behind the curtains!

Membership
We are actively looking for new members so please encourage frequent guests and other prospective members to fill out a member application and/or contact Elaine Idzik.  Copies are now posted at the club as well as on our website here.

Last Chance to join our Board of Directors
If you are interested serving on our Board, please contact Mitch Stenger.  Elections will be held in November via email.

Our next board meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, November 14 at 6:30pm.  All members are welcome.
