Happy Thanksgiving!
As we start the holiday season, please remember that leagues must cancel court reservations when not playing so others may use these prime slots. If captains need help doing this, leagues can have up to two co-captains with access to cancel your courts. Please contact Fred Bristol to set this up.
Also, as the weather changes, remember to park away from the building to avoid falling ice, and to leave the furnace on winter mode. It’ll turn off automatically when it reaches the temperature set on the thermostat.
Board of Directors Election
Please watch your email inbox next week for your anonymous online ballot. We’ll be using Survey Monkey again. Remember, family members get two votes, so check both emails, and vote through both ballots. If you don’t receive the email ballot, please check your spam folder.
On the ballot for the three open seats are Jeff Breidenstein, Jim Griffis, Bobby Mathew, Andrea McGrath, Nancy Montone and Jeff Murphy. There are no incumbents running for re-election. Thanks to all who volunteered to run and provide you with a full slate of qualified candidates — we encourage all members to become involved in the operation of our Club!

We still have memberships available, so please encourage frequent guests and other prospective members to fill out a member application and/or contact Elaine Idzik. Copies are now posted at the club as well as on our website here.
Ball Machine Use
Please remember to stop hitting before your time expires to allow time to clean up so the next group doesn’t have to wait. With the new surface, the vacuum or new push broom work best. Don’t forget to check for balls behind the curtains. Remember: Children under 17 may not use any of the club facilities unless accompanied by an adult.
Our next board meeting is our Annual Meeting and is scheduled for Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at 6:30pm. All members are encouraged to attend.
